Burglar freed by judge to care for his five children brutally assaulted man in supermarket just a few weeks later

Wayne Bishop, from Clifton, Nottingham, carried out the attack just a few weeks after he was controversially let out of prison last year. In a decision that sparked outrage, Appeal Court judges released him from an eight-month sentence for burglary and dangerous driving because of his 'human right' to a family life.
