At least he can afford a haircut now: $22million for the man put in solitary confinement for TWO YEARS with no trial for drink driving

Stephen Slevin, 58, pictured, from New Mexico, was awarded one of the largest federal civil rights settlements in history involving an inmate after accusing Dona Ana County jail of essentially forgetting about him while he was in custody. As well as suffering from PTSD, he was forced to pull out his own tooth while he was in custody after he was refused dental health.
